About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic and conceptual support for projects and pitches — from the initial idea through to implementation
Development of positioning, core messaging and campaign approaches for B2B, B2C and public-sector clients
Review and refinement of copy, headlines and communication content
Day-to-day project management: coordinate internally and externally, manage schedules, keep budgets in check — without unnecessary bureaucracy
Confident client communication: clear language, good expectation management, professional presence
Presentation of concepts and strategies
Close collaboration with design, copywriting and development as well as with external partners
Active use of AI tools to increase quality and speed in daily work
Provide subject-matter input on digital initiatives such as websites, campaigns and funnels and help develop them together with specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of agency experience in concept development, consulting or a comparable hybrid role
Experience leading projects in a structured way without overburdening them with unnecessary processes
A strong sense for brands, design quality and effective communication
Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work
Experience developing marketing communications
Solid digital understanding of websites, campaigns, funnels, automations and analytics
Sound online marketing knowledge in areas such as SEO, SEA (paid search), social and retargeting
Independent working style and a willingness to take responsibility and proactively drive topics forward
