About the role

  • Strategic and conceptual support of projects and pitches — from the initial idea through to implementation
  • Development of positioning, core messages and campaign approaches for B2B, B2C and public-sector clients
  • Review and refinement of copy, headlines and communication content
  • Day-to-day project management: coordinate internally and with external partners, manage schedules, and keep budgets in view — without unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Confident client communication: clear language, good expectation management and professional presence
  • Presentation of concepts and strategies
  • Close coordination with design, copy and development teams as well as with external partners
  • Active use of AI tools to increase quality and speed in daily work
  • Professional guidance on digital initiatives such as websites, campaigns and funnels, and further development together with specialists

Requirements

  • Several years of agency experience in concept, consulting or a comparable hybrid role
  • Experience running projects in a structured way without bloating processes
  • A confident sense for brands, design quality and effective communication
  • Comfortable and competent use of AI tools in everyday work
  • Experience developing marketing communications
  • Strong digital understanding of websites, campaigns, funnels, automations and analytics
  • Solid online marketing knowledge in areas such as SEO, SEA (paid search), social and retargeting
  • Independent working style and the willingness to take ownership and proactively drive topics forward
