About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of Jamf’s business continuity management program
Facilitate business impact analyses and risk assessments
Assist with business continuity and IT disaster recovery plan development and maintenance
Design, organize, and facilitate tabletop exercises
Align continuity plans with crisis management, IT disaster recovery, cyber incident response, and incident management processes
Partner with IT on disaster recovery planning for critical business functions and company data
Validate external SaaS vendor disaster recovery resilience
Maintain audit-ready evidence aligned with SOX, GDPR, DORA, NIST, and ISO 27001/27000
Plan and execute comprehensive business continuity testing, document outcomes, identify gaps, and oversee corrective actions
Provide guidance to cost center leaders and cross-functional teams
Maintain business continuity information and distribute program communications
Prepare periodic reports on program status, gaps, risks, metrics, and improvement opportunities
Support business continuity training and business interruption event monitoring
Monitor global threats, risks, and events and alert stakeholders
Provide on-call 24/7 escalation and support for global incidents or crises
Manage the global emergency notification system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 6 years of progressive experience managing enterprise business continuity, business resilience, crisis management, emergency management, and incident management programs and initiatives
Understanding of security and infrastructure standards and regulations
Track record implementing and managing BCPs, BIAs, and continuity deliverables
Four-year/bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred experience with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance, including DORA, NIST, ISO 27701/27000, ISO 22301, and SOX; FedRAMP a plus
Preferred experience with BC/DR planning software and notification systems
Preferred experience in emergency management, incident management, and reporting
Preferred experience communicating with executives on crisis and continuity responsibilities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams without direct authority
Ability to translate business continuity risks and strategies to senior business leaders
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously
Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred certifications: ABCP, CBCP, MBCP, CBCPI, CISSP, or BCI
