Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation, deployment, and monitoring solutions that support reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.
Work across development, operations, and QA teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure system stability across environments.
Take initiative in improving DevOps processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the architecture and performance of deployment systems.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance visibility.
Responsible for supporting Kubernetes.
Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks to increase delivery speed and reduce manual effort.
Participate in incident response and contribute to root-cause analysis and remediation efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent processes and promote a DevOps culture across the organization.
Support and maintain secure environments, following DevSecOps practices and compliance standards.
Lead the development, implementation, and testing tasks in different development projects tied to systems and functionality.
Review, maintain, and update documentation related to any development tasks.
Create different configurations & infrastructure environments in a development lab to troubleshoot issues and offer possible solutions.
Maintain connections between core business systems.

Requirements

3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
1 year demonstrated experience in current programming language (to include at least one mainstream objective oriented or functional language) and tools based on position requirements.
Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, AWS, Jenkins, Github, Copado and Own Backup (Preferred)
Working knowledge in Kubernetes
Experience in Apex and Visualforce (Preferred)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools
Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
