About the role

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automation, deployment, and monitoring solutions that support reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.
  • Work across development, operations, and QA teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage infrastructure as code, and ensure system stability across environments.
  • Take initiative in improving DevOps processes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the architecture and performance of deployment systems.
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance visibility.
  • Responsible for supporting Kubernetes.
  • Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks to increase delivery speed and reduce manual effort.
  • Participate in incident response and contribute to root-cause analysis and remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent processes and promote a DevOps culture across the organization.
  • Support and maintain secure environments, following DevSecOps practices and compliance standards.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and testing tasks in different development projects tied to systems and functionality.
  • Review, maintain, and update documentation related to any development tasks.
  • Create different configurations & infrastructure environments in a development lab to troubleshoot issues and offer possible solutions.
  • Maintain connections between core business systems.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering.
  • 1 year demonstrated experience in current programming language (to include at least one mainstream objective oriented or functional language) and tools based on position requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, AWS, Jenkins, Github, Copado and Own Backup (Preferred)
  • Working knowledge in Kubernetes
  • Experience in Apex and Visualforce (Preferred)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
