About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs for all employees and operations
  • Provide guidance and support for workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance
  • Promote reporting of hazards and near misses to support a proactive safety culture
  • Partner with teams to identify health and safety concerns and implement solutions
  • Monitor and track safety performance, analyze trends, and maintain EHS records
  • Conduct and support hazard and risk assessments and environmental compliance procedures
  • Lead incident investigations and follow-through of corrective actions
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and coaching to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Develop and conduct training programs on safety practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 5 years’ experience in environmental, health and safety
  • Must have valid State Driver's License and be able to meet driving requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
  • Ability to travel to various work locations as needed, including overnight and out of state
