About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs for all employees and operations
Provide guidance and support for workplace safety practices and regulatory compliance
Promote reporting of hazards and near misses to support a proactive safety culture
Partner with teams to identify health and safety concerns and implement solutions
Monitor and track safety performance, analyze trends, and maintain EHS records
Conduct and support hazard and risk assessments and environmental compliance procedures
Lead incident investigations and follow-through of corrective actions
Conduct audits, inspections, and coaching to ensure regulatory compliance
Develop and conduct training programs on safety practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
5 years’ experience in environmental, health and safety
Must have valid State Driver's License and be able to meet driving requirements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance
Ability to travel to various work locations as needed, including overnight and out of state
