Key responsibilities & impact

Drive organic visibility, traffic and performance across search engines and answer-based discovery platforms.
Lead research, strategy and execution for SEO and AEO.
Manage optimization efforts to drive search metrics, rankings and citations.
Partner with agency for alignment with paid and organic search strategies.
Collaborate on optimizing on-page copy for relevance and performance.
Implement solutions to technical SEO issues.
Create link strategies to ensure growth in Domain Authority.
Optimize content for AI-driven search experiences.
Track and analyze daily SEO and AEO performance metrics.
Generate marketing reports for internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
3 years’ experience in paid and organic search or similar work.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to staying current with emerging AI trends and technologies.
Familiarity with structured data, schema markup (Schema.org JSON-LD), and answer-based search optimization.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong business partnerships.
