Account Executive

• Drive new and expansion revenue for Jama’s Growth Markets throughout North America and Europe.
• Expand Jama’s footprint across architecture, construction, energy, oil and gas, infrastructure, industrial operations, manufacturing, utilities, supply chain, and other asset-heavy, highly regulated, or technically complex industry verticals.
• Identify, engage, and develop high-potential accounts where Jama Connect can deliver meaningful value.
• Build qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account research, referral development, events, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Educate prospective buyers on the value of requirements management, traceability, risk reduction, workflow alignment, and improved execution.
• Lead consultative sales cycles with technical, operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop tailored account strategies that connect customer pain, business risk, operational complexity, and Jama’s platform value.
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, qualification rigor, and opportunity hygiene.
• Share market intelligence, buyer feedback, objections, and repeatable use cases to help strengthen Jama’s Growth Markets strategy.

Senior Account Executive, Growth Markets

Product Manager

• Own strategy and execution for a key AI-powered product area within Jama Connect
• Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business priorities, revenue opportunities, and technical constraints
• Translate ambiguous AI-related opportunities and customer problems into clear product direction and actionable work
• Ensure AI-enabled capabilities are grounded in practical customer value, workflow impact, trust, adoption, and usability
• Make and communicate tradeoff decisions across competing priorities with minimal guidance
• Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope, iterate, and deliver high-impact AI-enabled product experiences
• Work with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, product experience, implementation tradeoffs, and potential data dependencies
• Help bridge customer needs, technical constraints, product strategy, and business priorities
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and influence decisions without direct authority
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to inform product decisions and validate direction
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing, to identify deal blockers, expansion opportunities, and product needs
• Convert customer, commercial, and market inputs into product initiatives that support adoption, expansion, and business growth
• Continuously reprioritize based on changing inputs from leadership, customers, Engineering, and GTM teams
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate product development, research, experimentation, prototyping, and decision-making
• Continuously explore, test, and apply AI-enabled approaches to improve product discovery, research synthesis, experimentation, decision-making, and customer-facing product experiences
• Use AI-native approaches to improve speed, clarity, and quality in product discovery and execution while keeping customer value, trust, and usability at the center.

• Own product strategy and execution for a core area of Jama Connect, including both strategic direction and delivery.
• Define and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, revenue opportunities, competitive positioning, and technical constraints.

• Partner with GTM teams, Customer Success, and Product leadership to improve sales effectiveness, customer expansion, and market share growth.
• Participate selectively in late-stage customer or prospect conversations to unblock adoption, validate market needs, and capture evidence of what closes, saves, or expands business.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate direction, lead discovery conversations, and represent Product credibly with users and executives.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate product development, research synthesis, experimentation, and decision-making.

• Provide end-to-end product demonstration, including complex integrations and use cases.
