About the role

  • Plan and prioritize UX/UI capacity and closely coordinate with department heads, project management, and other teams
  • Develop efficient work and scheduling structures within the agile team
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration within the creative team and adjacent disciplines
  • Establish quality and working standards as well as effective onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Present experience concepts and solutions to internal and external stakeholders
  • Own the UX/UI strategy with user-centered design decisions
  • Foster team spirit and a feedback culture, and support the professional development of team members

Requirements

  • Experience in design management, UX/UI or service design with project and client responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of UX/UI strategy, user-centered design, product vision, and business objectives
  • Independent, proactive work style and ownership in client interactions
  • Broad understanding of all design processes and operational tasks in the UX/UI field
  • Experience leading design teams and nurturing team culture
  • Knowledge of resource planning and cross-functional collaboration
