About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Participate in weekly performance review meetings to share updates and strategic insights.
Partner with Account Directors to support the development and execution of client strategies.
Facilitate the creation of content and design briefs to launch new marketing initiatives.
Provide support in interpreting and reporting on digital campaign performance.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are accurately assigned and tracked in the project management system.
Manage email marketing efforts, including uploading contact lists, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring results.
Review and proof key deliverables such as emails, landing pages, and ad campaigns before presenting to clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 – 3 years minimum experience in a B2B marketing agency setting (MUST HAVE)
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and digital channels (social media, email, web).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and shifting priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with all levels of client stakeholders, including senior executives.
Familiarity with project management platforms and digital marketing tools.
High attention to detail and a passion for producing top-quality work.
Eagerness to grow within a high-paced, startup-like agency environment.
