Talent Acquisition Manager – North America

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies for leadership and GTM roles
- Own end-to-end recruitment for all North America-based roles, with a primary focus on GTM and Leadership roles
- Manage recruitment workflows within ICIMS, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders
- Co-lead recruitment operations through iCIMS, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow efficiency
- Support the adoption of AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing automation, talent intelligence platforms)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on GTM and leadership hiring
- Proven experience recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada)
- Strong experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for complex roles
- Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology organizations preferred
- Agency recruiting background is a plus
- Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS preferred
