About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage video projects end to end from concept and pre-production through shooting, editing, and final delivery
- Develop and pitch video concepts for existing players and new audiences
- Write and produce gameplay, cinematic, and live-action video content
- Create pre-production documentation for shoots and productions
- Act as cinematographer and capture in-game footage for RuneScape and Old School RuneScape
- Edit content in Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics in After Effects
- Produce marketing assets for RuneFest, including sponsorship, keynote, and Golden Gnome Awards content
- Support livestream productions and broadcast workflows from the Jagex broadcast studio
- Plan, schedule, and deliver projects against briefs, deadlines, and review gates
- Apply current video, social, and creative trends
- Collaborate with freelancers, agencies, and internal creative teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience as a Video Producer independently managing projects from concept through final delivery
- Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience shooting and editing high-quality video and creating engaging motion graphics
- Strong creative ideas and storytelling instincts with the ability to execute them
- Ability to work autonomously from a brief and own workload, deadlines, and review milestones
- Collaboration and communication experience across creative and non-creative disciplines
- Ability to work hybrid and travel to Cambridge HQ for shoots, live productions, and key milestones
- Wider Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a bonus
- Knowledge of RuneScape and Old School RuneScape and passion for games are bonuses
- Livestream production and broadcast workflow experience is a bonus
- In-game footage capture and editing experience is a bonus
