Location: Cambridge, UK (remote-friendly within the UK) with occasional travel to the office once per quarter.
As the QA Lead for RuneScape, you will oversee the QA efforts across multiple Scrum teams throughout the entire development lifecycle; work to instill a “shift-left” mindset across the team and embed it into our processes, you'll prioritise player satisfaction and drive quality standards, lead high-performing individuals with trust, empathy and candour, and challenge positively.
Supports and informs Product & QA Strategy: Drive QA craft initiatives in partnership with QA Director and Supports product strategy by aligning the team to the products direction
Support delivery of weekly updates by overseeing multiple Scrum teams and supporting with capacity planning & risk management
Lead & develop people through mentoring and coaching
Shape test strategy by engaging in project test design, planning, and estimations
Support and contribute to daily QA activities (test planning, execution etc)
Identify and address workflow problems
Manage external partners relations
Collaborates with all disciplines across the Product to understand their needs and goals
Organizes and facilitates team workshops, meetings and activities
