Director of Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own bookings, revenue targets, and pipeline development for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical
- Identify, target, and acquire new healthcare clients including hospitals, health systems, and provider networks
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through deal closure
- Establish and grow CXO-level relationships (CIO, CFO, COO) within target accounts
- Lead outcome-driven sales engagements aligned to healthcare transformation initiatives
- Partner with delivery, alliances, and marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and deal execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12–15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales
- Proven track record selling into healthcare providers (hospitals, health systems, networks)
- Demonstrated ownership of $10M+ annual bookings targets
- Experience closing complex deals in the $2M–$20M+ range
- Strong consultative selling and solution positioning capabilities
