Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies — both synchronous and async patterns
GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax, GlideAggregate — fluent across all major server-side APIs
Flow Designer and legacy Workflow Engine — build, debug, and migrate
ACL design and security architecture — table, field, and record-level control
Scripted REST APIs — design and expose ServiceNow data as REST endpoints
REST/SOAP outbound integrations — MID Server, direct HTTP, and IntegrationHub spokes
Import Sets and Transform Maps for bulk data ingestion and field mapping
MID Server architecture — deployment, troubleshooting, ECC queue management
Demonstrated delivery of at least 2 full-cycle custom app builds from requirements to production
Service Portal widget development — full stack: server script, client controller, HTML, SCSS preferred
AngularJS (1.x) — $scope, $http, custom directives, $sp service preferred
