About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain core ITSM modules to optimize IT service delivery and operational workflows
Configure and customize HR workflows, lifecycle events, and case management to streamline HR operations
Architect and support tailored workflows for Legal and Facilities teams to automate request fulfillment and case tracking
Build and manage procurement workflows, asset tracking, and vendor request systems
Own the health, architecture, and configuration of the CMDB, ensuring accurate data mapping and asset relationship management
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot robust integrations across key enterprise platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Workday, Okta , and various custom third-party APIs
Enhance user experience by configuring the ESC portal, content delivery, and service catalogs
Support SPM modules to align business strategy with project execution and resource management
Scope, design, and deploy bespoke applications on the ServiceNow platform to solve unique business challenges
Create and maintain insightful analytics, performance analytics indicators, and visual dashboards for stakeholders
Implement and run Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to ensure platform stability, minimize regression risks during upgrades, and streamline deployments

Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow suites (ITSM, HRSD, Enterprise Service Management)
