About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain core ITSM modules to optimize IT service delivery and operational workflows
- Configure and customize HR workflows, lifecycle events, and case management to streamline HR operations
- Architect and support tailored workflows for Legal and Facilities teams to automate request fulfillment and case tracking
- Build and manage procurement workflows, asset tracking, and vendor request systems
- Own the health, architecture, and configuration of the CMDB, ensuring accurate data mapping and asset relationship management
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot robust integrations across key enterprise platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Workday, Okta , and various custom third-party APIs
- Enhance user experience by configuring the ESC portal, content delivery, and service catalogs
- Support SPM modules to align business strategy with project execution and resource management
- Scope, design, and deploy bespoke applications on the ServiceNow platform to solve unique business challenges
- Create and maintain insightful analytics, performance analytics indicators, and visual dashboards for stakeholders
- Implement and run Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to ensure platform stability, minimize regression risks during upgrades, and streamline deployments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Job Band: TE3 (Mid-to-Senior level developer indicating independent execution capability and technical ownership)
- Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow suites (ITSM, HRSD, Enterprise Service Management)
