About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Documentation of business requirements and the associated metrics
- Efficiently optimize existing business processes
- Design new business processes that will scale
- Effectively communicate business requirements to the technical organizations
- Provides regular communication regarding the status of specific projects
- Interact extensively with development teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Should have done 1 or more Netsuite implementations
- Strong Netsuite ERP Knowledge and experience
- Must have the ability to train and help business users
- Experience working with Professional Services organizations and applications like KANTATA, NETSUITE and SALESFORCE
- Must be able to design and architect process flows for end to end business processes
- Must have extensive Netsuite reporting experience
- Excellent problem solving skills and conflict/resolution management
