About the role

  • Coordinate with Onsite/Offshore Functional Team
  • Provide key inputs to functional lead/manager regarding project risks, issues, and their resolutions
  • Ensure that the project's operational activities run seamlessly and efficiently
  • Provide day to day incident and Service Request support in their track

Requirements

  • Overall experience of 6 to 8 years in Oracle Cloud ERP Functional P2P Consultant
  • Strong in General Ledger, Procurement, Payable, iExpense modules
  • Expert hands-on functional Production Support experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Finance
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionality and process
  • At least two full life cycle projects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Implementation/support experience
  • Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions
  • Respond to the customer queries and concerns promptly
  • Data migration experience using FBDI, ADFDI
  • ITSM/ServiceNow Tool experience
  • Good communications skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables
  • Prioritize outstanding issues, support cases, ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with cross functional team in resolving the integration issues and support cases
  • Perform fit/gap assessments and providing solution options with impact assessments
