Regularly review and optimize Salesforce performance to enhance efficiency for end-users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business objectives.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain integration strategies with other applications to streamline processes.
Significant engagement in project management. Manage all facets of Salesforce-related projects, including requirements collection, implementation, and ongoing support.
Establish project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
Facilitate user acceptance testing, trainings, and documentation for system changes.
Develop user training sessions to ensure effective usage and adoption of Salesforce applications across the organization.
Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce application management, including administration and development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices.
Strong project management experience
Should be capable of collaborating with various leaders and teams while effectively managing competing priorities.
Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certification is required
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data management solutions.
Proven project management experience, preferably in CRM implementations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer, Architect) are highly desirable.
Experience in training and supporting end-users.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
