About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates, driving sales growth in alignment with company goals.
  • Direct, guide, and cultivate a team of event/lead generation professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and teamwork across various locations.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform promotional strategies, enhance customer engagement, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Oversee budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Marketing teams to align field initiatives with broader business objectives and strategies.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations and reporting for all field marketing activities, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Analyze workflows and implement process enhancements to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of field operations.
  • Identify and select retail locations that will effectively support brand initiatives and maximize market impact.
  • Oversee relationships with vendors and third parties, ensuring effective management of contractual agreements and collaboration.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3-years of experience in Lead Generation (home improvement preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading teams that meet and exceed targets
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to guide strategic decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with a history of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel as required to support field activities and events
