About the role
- Conduct research on global competitive landscapes and product trends
- Drive product improvements, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Lead the growth, profitability, and lifecycle management of our aftermarket portfolio
- Enhance the customer ownership experience, driving incremental revenue
- Ensure alignment with premium brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer goods, appliances, or aftermarket/service parts
- Strong understanding of parts/accessories ecosystems and service models
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data analysis skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
