Outside Sales

• Conduct in-home design consultations and present tailored bath and shower remodel solutions
• Run sales appointments and maintain a high personal close rate
• Train and mentor new and developing sales representatives using a two-step ride-along model
• Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve presentations, objection handling, and closing skills
• Lead by example to foster a high-performance sales culture
• Track rep progress, appointment results, and training needs; report to the Sr. Sales Manager
• Build customer trust, follow up on project questions, and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Accurately measure bathrooms and assess project needs (tubs, showers, conversions, etc.)
• Attend pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling or prospecting required)
• Complete 2-weeks of interactive virtual training and weekly in-office mandatory trainings
