About the role
- Conduct in-home design consultations and present tailored bath and shower remodel solutions
- Run sales appointments and maintain a high personal close rate
- Train and mentor new and developing sales representatives using a two-step ride-along model
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching to improve presentations, objection handling, and closing skills
- Lead by example to foster a high-performance sales culture
- Track rep progress, appointment results, and training needs; report to the Sr. Sales Manager
- Build customer trust, follow up on project questions, and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Accurately measure bathrooms and assess project needs (tubs, showers, conversions, etc.)
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments (no cold calling or prospecting required)
- Complete 2-weeks of interactive virtual training and weekly in-office mandatory trainings
Requirements
- Proven success in in-home sales, ideally in home improvement or remodeling
- Strong one-call close ability and confidence in high-ticket consultative sales
- Experience training or mentoring sales reps preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, coachable, and performance-driven
- Comfortable using technology, specifically an iPad
- Willingness to drive within assigned territory (100-mile radius)
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Must take and pass written and practical training assessments
- Required to report to local office once a week for mandatory trainings
