Key responsibilities & impact

Supports a culture of early career growth and development across the enterprise
Facilitates enterprise professional and career development workshops, new associate onboarding, and career development programs (CDPs)
Aids associates in achieving their career goals by engaging them in professional skills development workshops, rotational programs, and on the job assignments
Supports associate career exploration through coaching conversations, resume reviews, mock interviews, and explaining the transition to full time
Has a broad understanding of Jackson functional areas, the entry and intermediate roles within these areas, and the required skills and experience necessary for success
Supports Jackson's internal talent pipeline for entry and intermediate level positions across the enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required
2+ years of demonstrated experience in facilitating and/or creating onboarding, professional, or career development programs required
1+ years of related experience in coaching and/or associate development required
Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred
