Product Manager

• Develop a deep understanding of our internal operations workflows, systems, and challenges through research, data analysis, hands on experience, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Champion the product vision and strategy for operations driven capabilities, owning and prioritizing the operations product backlog and roadmap
• Lead structured intake, prioritization, and execution of bugs, features, and enhancements
• Craft experiences for our end users by owning projects in our Operations product portfolio and collaborating with engineers, designers, analysts, and the operations team members to drive shared goals, manage risks or trade-offs, and maintain project timelines
• Deliver best-in-class experiences that drive operational efficiency, support product scale, and increase customer conversion and retention
• Proactively utilize data, your analytical expertise, and customer insight to influence the development and roll out of new products and improve existing flows
• Be the voice of the customer and help provide context, empathy and rationale behind customer needs
• Contribute to a strong and creative backlog of ideas focused on improving the full growth funnel

• Own and evolve the MarTech platform strategy, user experience, and technical backlog
• Lead structured intake, prioritization, and execution of bugs, features, and enhancements
• Translate ambiguous cross-functional needs into structured initiatives that improve marketing performance
• Deliver product roadmaps aligned with business priorities, platform capabilities, and adoption goals
• Proactively utilize data, your analytical expertise, and customer insight to influence the development and roll out of new products and improve existing flows for the end user
• Establish and cultivate relationships with cross-functional partners in Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to drive shared goals, manage risks or trade-offs, and maintain project timelines

Product Manager – Marketing Technology

Designer

• Translate campaign briefs into high-performing creatives for paid and organic social channels: engaging static, and light motion assets aligned to growth KPIs
• Collaborate on creative strategy with performance marketers—bringing design insights to influence campaign direction and developing new concepts for creative testing.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing/CRM, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and QA to scope, align, and ship on schedule.
• Follow brand identity across product surfaces and partner campaigns, ensuring consistency and craft excellence.
• Experiments & analytics: create A/B variants (headlines, visuals, CTAs), track CTR/CVR/activation with PM/Analytics, and iterate from results.
• Design and support Promotions & Loyalty UX across iOS/Android/web—from discovery to post-redeem—covering eligibility, rewards/referrals, and all states/edge cases.
• Build and maintain components in the design system (variants, tokens, motion) with clear usage guidelines.

• Part-time, contractor role reporting to Director of People; fully remote; hours 5-25 per week depending on hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle by partnering with hiring managers to understand recruiting and retention goals
• Be the owner of our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and contribute to building processes, infrastructure, and improvements
• Provide excellent communication and speed through the pipeline to give candidates the best possible experience
• Post jobs on appropriate job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, university career pages, and DEI websites
• Conduct trainings, such as interviewing or anti-bias training, to team members as needed
• Use data and insights to make recommendations on how to make better hiring decisions
