Recruitment

• Part-time, contractor role reporting to Director of People; fully remote; hours 5-25 per week depending on hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment cycle by partnering with hiring managers to understand recruiting and retention goals
• Be the owner of our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and contribute to building processes, infrastructure, and improvements
• Provide excellent communication and speed through the pipeline to give candidates the best possible experience
• Post jobs on appropriate job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, university career pages, and DEI websites
• Conduct trainings, such as interviewing or anti-bias training, to team members as needed
• Use data and insights to make recommendations on how to make better hiring decisions
