About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are a brand ambassador for BiFi and Jack Link’s in your territory
  • With personality, negotiation skills and a strong sense for retail, you build lasting customer relationships and ensure our products are positioned where they belong: in the spotlight
  • You independently manage your sales territory in grocery retail (LEH) and petrol channels and serve as the primary contact for your customers
  • You ensure optimal placement, availability and visibility of our products
  • You implement creative secondary placements and bring new impulses directly to the market
  • You professionally represent BiFi and Jack Link’s at trade shows and events
  • Stewardship is lived here: you manage your territory like an entrepreneur, take responsibility for your KPIs independently, and contribute your own ideas to drive growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit are required
  • Completed vocational training in grocery retail or a degree in food science, retail, business administration (BWL) or similar
  • Initial relevant sales experience (field sales or retail)
  • Ideally located in Karlsruhe or within a 40 km radius east of Karlsruhe
  • Strong sales talent, confident demeanor and a solution-oriented working style
  • High self-motivation, strong organizational skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
  • Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
  • Driving license (Class B)
