Field Sales Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement the national field sales strategy for the Netherlands and BeLux region
- Develop the annual field sales plan to achieve targets
- Act as the connecting link between Brand Marketing, Category Management, Sales and Planning
- Responsible for achieving profitable results and driving return on investment
- Lead the development of in-store plans
- Drive profitable results and maximize return on investment
Requirements
What you’ll need- EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required
- Educational Background in Sales, Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Field Force Manager in the FMCG food and beverage industry
- In-depth understanding of route planning/efficiency
- Leadership personality with strong execution skills
- Motivational coach and leader with experience in building brands
