Field Sales Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement the national field sales strategy for the Netherlands and BeLux
- Develop the annual field sales plan to achieve targets and drive sales growth
- Act as the connecting link between Brand Marketing, Category Management, Sales and Planning
- Responsible for achieving profitable results and driving ROI by developing 3rd party teams
- Lead the development of in-store plans, including displays and POS materials
- Drive profitable results and maximize ROI by measuring activation performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required
- Educational Background in Sales, Business Administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Field Force Manager/ Field representative in the FMCG food and beverage industry
- In-depth understanding of route planning/efficiency and geographical coverage
- Leadership personality with strong execution skills
- Experience in retail in the Netherlands and Belgium
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch or French and English
