About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement the national field sales strategy for the Netherlands and BeLux
  • Develop the annual field sales plan to achieve targets and drive sales growth
  • Act as the connecting link between Brand Marketing, Category Management, Sales and Planning
  • Responsible for achieving profitable results and driving ROI by developing 3rd party teams
  • Lead the development of in-store plans, including displays and POS materials
  • Drive profitable results and maximize ROI by measuring activation performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required
  • Educational Background in Sales, Business Administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a Field Force Manager/ Field representative in the FMCG food and beverage industry
  • In-depth understanding of route planning/efficiency and geographical coverage
  • Leadership personality with strong execution skills
  • Experience in retail in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch or French and English
