• Delight venture-backed founders and support all non-content-related client needs
• Manage and execute client gift budgets, including brainstorming and sending tailored gifts
• Send interesting posts and write birthday cards
• Record videos with ideas for growing clients’ businesses
• Introduce relevant people within the VC, client, and company networks
• Run weekly calls for each client with the editor and writer
• Review content before it reaches the client and return content that is not right for the specific client
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address issues
• Handle renewals, scope, pricing conversations, and account expansion
• Monitor account health and respond to warning signals such as slow approvals or client disengagement
• Keep editors and writers aligned on the direction of each account
• Own client relationships while writers and editors own the content production process
• Potentially grow into leadership of accounts and eventually COO
