About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for assigned categories, identifying and evaluating potential suppliers globally
Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and mitigate risks
Prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documents
Conduct supplier performance reviews, monitor KPIs, and manage supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement
Collaborate with engineering, legal, operations, and other internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies
Draft, review, and administer master service agreements, purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other contracts
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Resolve contract disputes and ensure adherence to contractual obligations by Jabil and its suppliers
Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and supplier information within relevant systems
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sourcing and contracting lifecycle
Stay current on market trends, industry best practices, and new procurement and supply chain technologies
