Provides regular updates to senior leadership, external partners, and internal teams on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks, blockers, and dependencies
Displays in depth knowledge of datacenter power distribution, cooling and related systems and sub-systems
Acting as technical advisor, working closely with cross functional teams, and focusing on engineering teams to understand challenges, propose solutions, and ensure technical feasibility
Coordinate multiple projects and reconcile interdependencies among them
Drive decisions with appropriate stakeholders, eliminating roadblocks to resolve customer issues
Adept at managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating schedules
Collaborate with factory-based PMs to provide support from RFP through NPI completion of FWT
Manage RFP timelines, milestones, meetings, document repository, RFIs/ECNs and team up in packaging all RFP deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or a related field is required
5-10+ years of datacenter and/or industrial technical program management of design/engineering/manufacturing/test experience is required
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, integration strategy, and system coordination is a must
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience is required
5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience is required
PMP certification is preferred
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center Infrastructure is preferred
