Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and oversee the Real Estate transactions in your region
Lead Jabil’s Real Estate transactions for all segments and functions
Manage multiple vendors and suppliers in the Real Estate and Transaction markets
Deliver Footprint and strategic guidance on future growth and contraction
Communicate and liaison with internal stakeholders on Jabil’s footprint and Real Estate needs
Generate / administer Real Estate lease and funding documents
Ensure data is maintained in lease administration systems
Audit and oversee accounts payable / receivable for Jabil's leased portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required, degree in Finance and Real Estate preferred
Advanced degree preferred
12 years of related business experience required
5 years of Project Management experience
4 years of Real Estate Lease Administration experience
4 years of Real Estate Contract Negotiation experience
Current and relevant knowledge of design, construction, technology / collaboration integration into the holistic office environment relevant to owned and leased spaces
Facility with office, collaboration, and analytical software
