Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee production operations including machining, brazing, mechanical assembly, testing, purchasing, planning, production, and inventory control.
Develop and implement strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
Act as a key liaison with customers to enhance output, yield, and satisfaction.
Drive change management initiatives and identify opportunities for resource optimization.
Assist in forecasting revenue and managing budgets to ensure financial health.
Ensure operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations.
Minimum of four (4) years of personnel management and team development experience.
Extensive experience working directly with customers and managing customer relationships.
Extensive experience in factory operations, in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environments.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Proven track record in change management, process improvement, and driving efficiency initiatives.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analytics tools.
