About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with clients on sourcing, procurement, category management, spend management, and spend analytics projects.
Support workstreams within various client projects, performing tasks such as operational, procurement, and spend assessments.
Conduct stakeholder interviews.
Engage in modeling and analytics.
Write reports.
Involved in strategic sourcing initiatives.
Conduct market and supplier research.
Develop, manage, and evaluate RFx.
Facilitate negotiations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-3+ years of previous supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company.
Recent graduates with relevant (e.g., Procurement / Supply Chain) degrees or internship experience will be considered.
Strong analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis (advanced Excel).
Ability to work creatively and quantitatively in a fast-paced, problem-solving team environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including formal presentation development and delivery skills, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling.
The ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization and client stakeholders.
Adaptability to engage, cultivate relationships, and communicate with clients and colleagues of varied corporate cultures and organizational structures.
Self-starter and critical thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Procure-To-Pay platform experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred.
Must have the ability to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis.
