About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and support electrical systems for high-speed automated manufacturing equipment
Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams
Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new and existing equipment
Troubleshoot electrical issues to minimize downtime and improve system reliability
Support electrical integration of automated material handling systems including robotics, AMRs, AGVs, and conveyor systems
Enable efficient movement, storage, and retrieval of totes and pallets through system connectivity and controls
Collaborate with controls engineers to ensure seamless communication between equipment and automation platforms
Support electrical integration and operation of high-speed vision systems for part inspection and quality validation
Assist in system troubleshooting and performance optimization of inspection technologies
Lead and support process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, PDCA, RCA
Analyze electrical system performance data to drive improvements in uptime, safety, and efficiency
Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
Partner with equipment OEMs, system integrators, and suppliers for electrical system development and support
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and operations personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
8 years minimum experience with industrial electrical systems, control panels, and troubleshooting
Ability to read and develop electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Knowledge of industrial automation environments and equipment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
