About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new customers across dental, orthodontics, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare markets
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities; drive deals from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts
- Lead complex, consultative sales cycles focused on value creation and long-term partnerships
- Partner with internal leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and win new business
- Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and close
- Lead executive-level presentations
- Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression
- Deliver against bookings targets with strong focus on profitability and return on investment
- Translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Unit, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to design competitive offerings
- Promote Jabil’s full capabilities, including: PCBA and advanced electronics, electromechanical and complex assembly, precision injection molding and tooling, device design, development, and prototyping, automation, testing, and quality systems, packaging, sterilization, and post-manufacturing services
- Support seamless transition from deal closure to program launch
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field)
- 8+ years total sales or business development experience
- At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in contract manufacturing, OEM, or related industries
- Proven track record of landing net-new business and growing strategic accounts
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to engage and influence senior executives
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel ~30–40% (domestic and occasional international)
