About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to acquire new customers across dental, orthodontics, aesthetics, and adjacent healthcare markets
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities; drive deals from prospecting through close
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships within target accounts
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles focused on value creation and long-term partnerships
  • Partner with internal leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and win new business
  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution development, negotiation, and close
  • Lead executive-level presentations
  • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline, forecasts, and deal progression
  • Deliver against bookings targets with strong focus on profitability and return on investment
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable manufacturing solutions
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to design competitive offerings
  • Promote Jabil’s full capabilities, including: PCBA and advanced electronics, electromechanical and complex assembly, precision injection molding and tooling, device design, development, and prototyping, automation, testing, and quality systems, packaging, sterilization, and post-manufacturing services
  • Support seamless transition from deal closure to program launch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Engineering, or related field)
  • 8+ years total sales or business development experience
  • At least 5 years of sales/business development experience in contract manufacturing, OEM, or related industries
  • Proven track record of landing net-new business and growing strategic accounts
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and deal structuring
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel ~30–40% (domestic and occasional international)
