About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for large factor assembly operations
  • Oversee the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
  • Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers
  • Establish and maintain robust material flow systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, quality, and production teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial and/or manufacturing engineering
  • Proven expertise in industrial engineering principles, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, time studies, and capacity planning
  • Extensive experience in designing and optimizing complex material flow systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale manufacturing projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools
  • Up to 75% travel is required.
