About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement strategic plans for large factor assembly operations
Oversee the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers
Establish and maintain robust material flow systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, quality, and production teams
Evaluate and implement new technologies and best practices in industrial engineering
Manage capital expenditure projects related to factory expansion and equipment upgrades
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering and manufacturing operations
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial and/or manufacturing engineering
Proven expertise in industrial engineering principles, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, time studies, and capacity planning
Extensive experience in designing and optimizing complex material flow systems within a high-volume manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale manufacturing projects
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools
Up to 75% travel is required.
