About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and programs to support Jabil's growth objectives within the US market
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex operational challenges
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
  • Collaborate with business development, sales, and site leadership to translate growth opportunities into actionable operational plans
  • Manage project portfolios, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control
  • Conduct thorough operational assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs for operational teams on new processes, tools, and best practices
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of operational development initiatives
  • Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the US organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational development within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) to various Jabil US sites and customer locations
