About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement operational strategies and programs to support Jabil's growth objectives within the US market
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex operational challenges
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
Collaborate with business development, sales, and site leadership to translate growth opportunities into actionable operational plans
Manage project portfolios, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control
Conduct thorough operational assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement
Develop and deliver training programs for operational teams on new processes, tools, and best practices
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of operational development initiatives
Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics
Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the US organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in operations management, process improvement, or operational development within a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification highly desirable
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%) to various Jabil US sites and customer locations
