About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be responsible for owning the full-cycle recruiting process from intake meeting, to developing and implementing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, through offer negotiation
  • Partner closely with Human Resource Business Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to generate a strong flow of candidates
  • Leverage market data along with strong knowledge of our employee value proposition to engage passive candidates and build future candidate pipelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting supporting engineering functions
  • Candidates must be heavily networked and knowledgeable of leading search practices
  • Possess an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence
  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience.
