Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and motivate a large group of Engineers
Support Operation’s business development effort with current and potential customers
Establish optional manufacturing methods and processes for the organization’s production lines
Create and manage succession plans for Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering function
Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
2-3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes
Proven track record in communication, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management.
