About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Industrial Engineers across various manufacturing sites
Drive the implementation and standardization of Industrial Engineering methodologies, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with site leadership and functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Industrial Engineering activities
Conduct complex data analysis to identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for process optimization
Facilitate workshops and training sessions on Industrial Engineering principles
Support new product introductions (NPIs) and manufacturing transfers
Develop and manage regional budgets for Industrial Engineering initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools (e.g., simulation software, CAD, data analysis tools)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
