Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in the planning, implementation, and deployment of new business applications and system upgrades, specifically for US growth initiatives
Configure and customize applications and systems to meet specific business requirements and user needs
Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for application and system issues, including incident resolution, problem diagnosis, and root cause analysis
Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new and existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
Perform system testing and quality assurance to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, support requests, and resolutions
Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvement, and automation
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application implementation and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in application implementation, system support, or a similar technical role
Proven experience with enterprise-level applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES, Mendix) is highly desirable
Experience in Automation & Fleet Management Application is a plus
Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by IT systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
Willingness to travel periodically within the US to support various growth sites
