About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and deployment of new business applications and system upgrades, specifically for US growth initiatives
  • Configure and customize applications and systems to meet specific business requirements and user needs
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for application and system issues, including incident resolution, problem diagnosis, and root cause analysis
  • Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new and existing systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity
  • Maintain accurate records of system configurations, support requests, and resolutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, process improvement, and automation
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in application implementation and support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in application implementation, system support, or a similar technical role
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, MES, Mendix) is highly desirable
  • Experience in Automation & Fleet Management Application is a plus
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by IT systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus
  • Willingness to travel periodically within the US to support various growth sites
