About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take ownership of web development direction within the project

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Full-stack Engineer
- Proven hands-on experience with Django (Python) for backend development and React for frontend development
- Ability to design and develop web applications end-to-end
- Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and system design
- Experience working with business logic and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to lead web development efforts within a team
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Experience working in teams with limited web expertise
- Experience in technical leadership or mentoring
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
