Director, Compliance & Enablement
JabilDirector of Quality responsible for ensuring operational excellence and managing quality processes at Jabil. Overseeing recruitment, employee development, and performance management across the quality operations team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, interview and hire Corporate Quality Operations Development team members.
- Monitor team member turnover; identify key factors that can be improved; make improvements.
- Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility.
- Create and manage succession plans for Corporate Quality Operations Development functions.
- Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results.
- Solicit ongoing feedback from Workcell Managers (WCMs), Business Unit Managers (BUMs), peers and team members on Corporate Quality Operations Development team.
- Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management preferred.
- Eight years manufacturing experience, including two years in management.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
