About the role

  • Define, develop and implement a sales strategy.
  • Develop trust with customers or potential customers.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and legal groups for quote and contract development.
  • Create customer/product penetration strategies and deployment for new accounts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Jabil’s design and engineering teams to offer innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the EMS/CM or relevant industry, with a strong focus on Intelligent Devices, Robotics & Automation.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a history of driving revenue growth in a highly competitive market.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, design, and engineering principles as they relate to the EMS/CM industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in German and based in Europe a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing industry, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
