About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and oversee our employer brand presence on social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed and Glassdoor
  • Launch our Employer Brand strategy and assist with developing priorities along with persuasive content (including written copy and creating videos) for internal and external media and communications
  • Partner with external vendors to drive brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies across our owned, earned, and paid media (e.g., careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO and more)
  • Launch targeted outreach campaigns and initiatives to engage with a broad and diverse candidate pool to produce awareness while drawing high-quality candidates to Jabil
  • Develop and analyze metrics for employment branding programs, social media, and other talent attraction efforts tied to key hiring/growth objectives
  • Support recruitment outreach through specialized campaigns and driving engagement through designated partner organizations
  • Manage and optimize large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns
  • Manage recruiting materials needed for hiring events and campaigns
  • Monitor social media activity on employment related websites about the company
  • Manage and maintain career site and content
  • Empower brand ambassadors across the organization, including helping manage our employee advocacy program, creating and delivering training, toolkits, and hosting workshops, and supporting training and adoption for technology platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, marketing or communications preferred
  • 7-10+ years of experience focused on recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Previous experience with building and optimizing multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns, including experience with paid media, a CRM, and other technologies
  • Previous experience in an in-house talent acquisition role strongly preferred
  • Creative with a strong eye for design, with experience creating graphics in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other similar tools; outstanding attention-to-detail; top-level writing skill
  • Strong project management required
  • Knowledge of Beamery (CRM) and Workday strongly preferred
  • Strong analytics ability to measure success and ROI
  • Experience with Employee Advocacy Program and software such as Elevate, Hootsuite, Sociable, Bambu, HubSpot, etc.
  • Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
