About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect end-to-end Services solutions aligned to customer requirements and IIS strategic objectives
Design service offerings across the lifecycle, including warranty, extended warranty, support, break/fix, onsite, remote, and managed service constructs
Develop detailed cost models for Services offerings, including labor, parts, logistics, overhead, and risk assumptions
Lead customer-facing solution discussions for complex Services opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders
Lead or significantly contribute to Statement of Work (SOW) development for Services engagements
Partner with IIS leadership to improve services quoting, pricing, and approval workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in services solution architecture, services pricing, or complex deal support
Demonstrated experience designing and pricing technology or infrastructure-related services
Strong understanding of services cost structures, margin drivers, and commercial risk
Proven ability to engage directly with customers at a senior level
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
