Act as the technical liaison for the US liquid cooling business
Conduct real-time technical communication and drive the full product lifecycle implementation
Proficient in the design and optimization of product welding processes
Compile and manage process documents such as WPS, PQR, WPQR and SOP for liquid cooling products
Serve as the dedicated technical contact for US liquid cooling clients
Oversee the full process of liquid cooling products from client demand collection to mass production
Timely sync product R&D progress, production status and technical optimization results with US clients

Requirements

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in welding and manufacturing engineering
Experience in liquid cooling product process development is highly preferred
Experience in client technical liaison and product demand implementation
Proficient in GTAW and GMAW welding processes for stainless steel, aluminum, titanium alloy, low-carbon steel and other materials
Skilled in orbital welding technology
Proficient in SolidWorks for design work
Familiar with ASME/AWS welding standards and OSHA safety regulations
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) as a working language
