About the role
- Issue, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate, review, and finalize vendor agreements, contracts, and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Maintain accurate, auditable records of all sourcing activities, contracts, and vendor performance data.
Requirements
- Transactional Purchasing: Issue, process, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and invoices, ensuring accuracy in pricing and delivery timelines.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate, review, and finalize vendor agreements, contracts, and renewals, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
- Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability, while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate, auditable records of all sourcing activities, contracts, and vendor performance data.
