About the role
- Support NPI Project Engineer activities across both Clinton and Devens Molding sites.
- New Mold Implementation Work-cell setup for validation runs.
- Process Development of new molds
- Molding quality improvement projects
- Identifying best practices in our Clinton and Devens facilities and implementing them across the board.
- Job shadowing with Tooling Engineers, Project Engineers, Process Engineers, Manufacturing Technicians, and Functional Leaders
Requirements
- Class Year(s): Rising Junior or Senior majoring in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering
- GPA: 3.0+
- Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience.
