• Support the globalization of business through leading and coordinating the standardization of systems, procedures and policies across all of the Jabil workcells.
• Act as a key liaison between Jabil sites for program transfers.
• Provide support and technical guidance to new facility and/or workcell startups.
• Mentor and develop quality talent across the network.
• Set measurable goals aligned to key customer metrics (e.g. DPPM, CRR, FPY, field quality).
• Ensure all systems comply with customer and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO, IPC, IPC-A-610).
