About the role
- Engage directly with our clients on various procurement and supply chain-related initiatives
- Manage and support client project workstreams
- Lead teams of consultants, analysts, and other staff members to oversee client support and service
- Support internal firm-building initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with a consulting firm is required
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, either consulting or as a practitioner
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent from a top-tier school or a school with a well-recognized procurement or supply chain program
- 3+ years of experience managing direct reports and directing project teams
- Proven track record of managing consulting projects to a successful outcome
- Demonstrated ability to manage engagement teams supporting clients in pursuit of strategic cost reduction initiatives
- Must possess expert-level skills with financial assessments, data assessments, MS Excel, creating charts and graphs, and creating MS PowerPoint presentations
